Competitions and series without paper lists
Online competition registration means players sign up and pay the entry fee on your booking page, and the lanes for the competition are reserved in your calendar.
Keilarata.fi has competitions built in. You publish a competition with its classes, entry fee and participant limit, players register online, and you manage the participant list and lane assignment in the admin panel. Weekly, biweekly or monthly series are created in one go.
Players register on your booking page
Your public competition list shows upcoming competitions with free places. A player fills in the form and gets a confirmation by email. One email address can register several players, so a team captain can sign up the whole team.
- Classes to choose from on the registration form
- Several seats under one email address
- Participant limit that customers cannot go over
- Confirmation email from a template you can edit
Lanes reserved in the calendar automatically
When you create a competition, its lanes are booked in the lane calendar, with optional buffer time before and after. Customers cannot book those lanes for the same time.
- Choose the lanes for each competition
- Buffer time before and after for warm-up and clearing
- Competition bookings shown in their own colour
Participant list and lane assignment
All registrations are in one list. You can add players yourself, mark entry fees as paid and assign players to lanes automatically or by dragging them.
- Entry fee online through Stripe, at the venue, or either
- Add players by hand and mark payments
- Automatic lane assignment, or drag players to lanes
- Export the participant list as a CSV file
A whole series in one go
A series is created once. Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly repeats, and each competition in the series gets its own date, registration and lanes.
- Weekly, biweekly or monthly repeats
- Each competition has its own participant list
- Same classes, fee and lanes copied to every date
Your own competition page
Your alley's competitions are listed at keilarata.fi/your-alley/kilpailut. Each competition shows its date, entry fee, registration deadline and how many places are taken. Share the link on social media or in the club newsletter.
- Registered players shown by class, names only with the player's consent
- Registration deadline shown on the competition page
- Save a competition as a draft and publish it when it is ready
Registration by phone or online
Many competitions still use phone calls, email or a paper list at the counter. This is what changes online.

| Entry fee | Collected at the venue | Paid online, or at the venue if you allow it |
